The Still Path: Breathe. Sit. Be. With Muho Nölke

The Still Path: Breathe. Sit. Be. With Muho Nölke

This autumn, we invite you to take your first steps onto The Still Path—a series of seasonal Zen sessions guided by former Antaiji abbot Muho Nölke. These gatherings are for anyone seeking space, silence, and reconnection through the practice of seated meditation.

The series begins with an Introductory Workshop in October, followed by an Intensive Morning Session in December, and continues into the new year with deeper, longer formats:

  • October: Introductory Workshop (Friday, 4:30 PM – free participation)

  • December: 3-hour Intensive Training (Saturday morning)

  • February: Full-Day Retreat (10:00–15:30, includes Qi Gong led by Didier Hartmann)

  • April: Full-Day or Two-Day Retreat (depending on interest and participation)

The February and April sessions will be limited to 12 participants and offered with a participation fee of 12,500 yen per day.

These events are a rare opportunity to explore Zen meditation in a direct and grounded way, supported by physical practices like Qi Gong and a spirit of simplicity.

We look forward to sitting with you.
